Carters came out to remove and replace a sump pump for me today. I have had other work done by them before and they are always pleasant to deal with, very professional and answer any questions I have. Mat T was the plumber who did the replacement today and I would highly recommend him.

Bobby arrived early to fix my toilet which was not filling in the tank. He replaced the fill valve turn water back on and nothing happened. He was stumped ?. He had me turn on faucet at the sink and water started coming out toilet valve . So hilarious we couldn’t believe what was happening…the sink controlling the toilet. I’m thankful for his years of experience. He troubleshooted all the shutoff valves in the basement and completed the job. Thanks Bobby great job and sense of humor.

I’ve been using carters plumbing for our plumbing needs for over 3 years now and they always have great, friendly service! As a first time home owner and having zero plumbing knowledge, I appreciate that they never make me feel stupid for not knowing things more experienced homeowners might know.Today we had Gannon as our plumber and he was very kind, efficient and knowledgeable. We had a toothbrush our toddler put down the toilet that he removed and our sink was clogged and leaking. It ended up needing a new drain pipe that he was able to replace in a timely manor.They also were able to get us scheduled the same day I called!
