Friendly office staff when I called for a same-day appointment when my boiler went out. They were able to have someone to my home within three hours. The issue was diagnosed within five minutes and the tech went to find the appropriate part to make the repair. He was back within ten minutes and it only took another ten minutes to make the repair. Fantastic price for what I would consider an emergency appointment. And the tech clearly understood boilers well. This is my third home with a boiler and I’ve never seen someone diagnosis an issue on an old boiler so quickly. Just Right is a terrific company with top-notch customer service. We experienced a problem with our furnace over the weekend, called them Monday morning and their tech Tom was here within three hours to solve the situation and get us comfortable once again. The best.

Contacted Just Right on a Sunday from out of town. Was able to get an appointment set up via texting (Roger) for Monday morning. Everything went exactly as expected with tech showing up when scheduled, tech (Tom) was able to diagnose problem in a timely fashion. Heat is back up and running, bill was reasonable. Would use them again.
