Brandon was very courteous and helpful. My problem was very elementary and easy to fix and I probably should have known the problem. But Brandon didn’t laugh at me and we solved the problem quickly

He followed up on Monday and finished the job. He was professional and courteous. Reviewed my options for discounts. I was able to get a military discount because I'm a veteran. I was really grateful that he was able to come out and fix the leak right away. Otherwise, the damage would have become much more extensive and costly.
