“Noah, the Master Plumber and owner of Royal Plumbing called and showed me via the camera images his guys previously took that the cast iron pipe in my basement is deteriorated and is the cause of the water that comes up from my basement floor drain.The floor must be excavated to remove the old pipe remnants and a new pipe must be installed.He is filing a AAA Homeowners claim on my behalf for the removal of asbestos tiles that are in the path of the future excavation and an estimate of that work has been prepared to be forwarded to Noah for that claim.I'm currently awaiting news on the start of the work but do greatly thank Noah for his expertise and diagnosis and his aid in filing the necessary AAA Homeowners claim.“

ShE changed my water valves to the city's specifications in 90 minutes despite it being in a small cramped area in my crawlspace. The City of Utica inspector looked at it, looked pleased and said she had done a good job. I was pleased that the price was just 60 percent of one plumber's estimate. She also helped me communicate with the City of Utica water department“

These very nice and confident young men came into my house and explored all the possibilities, and found the problem that no one else had even thought of looking for... And because they could not unclog my drain, They did not charge me anything... just a handshake and a reference. Tri County Power Rodding is my new best friend!! They referred me to another service who could help me and saved me literally thousands of dollars. by the way... It was a broken sewer ejector pump, not a clog“

The issue was diagnosed within five minutes and the tech went to find the appropriate part to make the repair. He was back within ten minutes and it only took another ten minutes to make the repair. Fantastic price for what I would consider an emergency appointment. And the tech clearly understood boilers well. This is my third home with a boiler and I’ve never seen someone diagnosis an issue on an old boiler so quickly. I’m newer to the area and this first impression ensures they’ll be my first call for another repair or eventual replacement.“

I didn't want to write a review at that time because I wanted to see how things would go with any after the sale support. I must says that Eric has been excellent. I have had Eric out since that time to do the annual maintenance. His rates are reasonable and he does great quality work. I have even had other plumbers comment on the work that he has done that they thought it was excellent.I also want to mention that there was one time where I had a question about the system late in the evening. I called and left a message, thinking that I would hear back from him the next day. To my surprise he called me a short time after I left the message at around 9:00 pm.
