“The dishwasher at our restaurant broke and we needed it fixed immediately or we would've been screwed for the Friday night dinner rush....our extra kitchen guys had too much prep work to do for an event the following day and wouldn't have been able to do that and wash all the dishes by hand without seriously backing up our kitchen. Danboise came out the same day and was able to diagnose the issue and replace the part in a few hours. I was impressed with their technician's professionalism and how fast they were able to come out for the service call! “I have had ZPlumberz to our home 3 times n the last 3 months. One visit was a true emergency, one visit was planned, and one visit was due to my absolute stupidity.I called at noon today because I had ground up my diamond earrings in the garbage disposer. ( Don’t ask). The dispatcher was great—kind, considerate —and she said I was on the schedule for today.Tyler and Kirby arrived 2 hr later. They were meticulous. They looked thru every part of the disposer. Picked out little mangled pieces with needle nosed pliers. They then took the disposer to the truck and disassembled it. They were able to find one more diamond.After installing a new disposer at a good price, they tightened the screws on the cupboard door as they were leaving!These two young men were helpful, kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. They did everything with courtesy. As a manager, I would be proud to have these two employees on my team.“

I didn't want to write a review at that time because I wanted to see how things would go with any after the sale support. I must says that Eric has been excellent. I have had Eric out since that time to do the annual maintenance. His rates are reasonable and he does great quality work. I have even had other plumbers comment on the work that he has done that they thought it was excellent.I also want to mention that there was one time where I had a question about the system late in the evening. I called and left a message, thinking that I would hear back from him the next day. To my surprise he called me a short time after I left the message at around 9:00 pm.
