Not only did they make time in their schedule immediately to help me out to give me a bid to possibly move forward when I was truly up a creek right before the holidays…They also were gracious and kind when I finally was able to get my original builder to agree to fix his mistake. No attitude, just exemplary customer service. That is why when my water heater was having issues next-door at my other business I immediately called them. Amazing customer service, got someone out in 24 hours and their representative was amazing and professional.“

“Eric did a great job with the installation of our tankless hot water system a few years ago. However, one of our two units stopped working a few weeks ago, with red flashing error messages on the display. I texted Eric. While he initially answered me back quickly, I haven’t been able to get in touch with him since. No answer to several texts and a VM on his phone. Disappointing that the company does the (expensive) installation, but leaves you hanging when you need service. Looking for a plumber familiar with tankless hot water heaters now to call.

He and his co worker wasted no time from start to finish they had the old hotwater heat out and installed the new on in about 45 mins also found out i had a slow leaking gas valve which also was replaced . We've had Lenox Plumbing out a few times in June 2026. Michael S. is wonderful. He came out promptly, we had a toilet emergency. He ordered parts and came back the very next day. We were kept informed of times and arrivals. Michael even used booties before coming into the area(s). He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We would gladly want him again for our plumbing needs. He's also getting us a quote on some other things we plan on doing.
