Not only did they make time in their schedule immediately to help me out to give me a bid to possibly move forward when I was truly up a creek right before the holidays…They also were gracious and kind when I finally was able to get my original builder to agree to fix his mistake. No attitude, just exemplary customer service. That is why when my water heater was having issues next-door at my other business I immediately called them. Amazing customer service, got someone out in 24 hours and their representative was amazing and professional.“

“I had an opportuity to compare Long's services and pricing with a small father and sons company in Livonia. I had a slow kitchen sink drain and Long's had a wait list. The Livonia company used a small snake that barely had enough power to clear an obstruction at 22 feet out. The cost was $225. The drain didn't stay cleared. I booked with Longs and waited several days. Long's snake is so big it has its own dolly. The drain cleared at 22 feet and then for good measure, the tech took the snake out to 75 feet. I paid $185. So Long's was more efficient, better equipped and cheaper.“

“Eric did a great job with the installation of our tankless hot water system a few years ago. However, one of our two units stopped working a few weeks ago, with red flashing error messages on the display. I texted Eric. While he initially answered me back quickly, I haven’t been able to get in touch with him since. No answer to several texts and a VM on his phone. Disappointing that the company does the (expensive) installation, but leaves you hanging when you need service. Looking for a plumber familiar with tankless hot water heaters now to call.

Regarding the owner’s response to my original review…I have been TRYING to reach out to you, but I haven’t got a response, which is exactly the point of my initial review. If you would like to reach out to me, you have my number. I won’t continue to call and text the same number with no response.
