Got our whole home generator installed with Oak Electric. These guys walk you through the whole process and take care of everything. Fast, professional installation team handles everything!
I had my first maintenance done this morning on my whole house Generac generator. Gerard the technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained what he was going to do and the tests he performed. Overall we have been very happy with our purchase.
The install was as expected. In a matter of hours the transfer switch, generator and gas line was installed. The installers were friendly and curtious and made sure I understood how the generator operated, what to expect in a power failure and maintence steps to maintain the warranty. I would highly recommend Oak Electric as a generator installer!
