I was recommended this place and told that they are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive with the dogs they groom. Since I live near Grosse Pointe and am very particular about Susie Elizabeth's care, I was initially hesitant. However, after hearing such positive things, I decided to make the nearly hour-long drive.
I was not disappointed.
From the moment we walked in, I was impressed. The staff took the time to greet me warmly and made me feel welcome while I waited for Susie. As a husky, Susie can be quite dramatic and anxious, especially in new situations. Since this was her first professional grooming experience, I was naturally nervous as well.
The owner personally took the time to ensure that Susie was comfortable and relaxed, especially while having her nails clipped. That level of care and attention meant a great deal to me. Not only was Susie treated with kindness and patience, but every dog I observed during our visit received the same exceptional care.
I cannot speak highly enough about the compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown by the entire team. I truly hope they expand to a location on the east side someday, but until then, I will happily make the drive knowing my beloved Susie Elizabeth is receiving the outstanding care she deserves.

Jamie S. Gave me the best haircut I have ever had. She is so sweet. I have not really left my house since the beginning of the pandemic I have severe panic disorder. I saw a picture of how I wanted my hair and took it to Jamie and she made me feel and look better than I have in 5 years. She made me feel comfortable and understood my panic issues. My daughter completed a round of PT for her hips and she not only helped her get better. She’s made her feel comfortable and confident as a young growing girl to keep going. She is all about what is comfortable for her patients and makes sure they feel seen and heard and will take the extra time to educate why we have pain, etc. I don’t live near by but I was willing to make the distance because of the amazing things I’ve heard Ashley does for her patients.
Heather is an amazing PTA too, she’s seen my daughter as well and goes the extra mile to make sure you get the care you need. I’m not exaggerating that this team is amazing and I will refer anyone of my friends and family that needs PT to Ashley.

It's been like 10 years since I stepped into a salon. I felt so comfortable! The receptionist was very polite and quick to greet everyone! Fantastic customer service ? The stylist was impeccable!! I took my 7 yr old grandson for a haircut. I believe the stylist was Ann. She was absolutely marvelous with him! He has some sensory issues and she took the time to show him how the electric clippers worked and how they wouldn't cut him. 1000% recommend her for children haircuts.

He goes out of his way and if you are not happy with results he is glad to redo, no extra charge. Most of David's customers are regular customers and he knows them by name. I always enjoy conversation while David is doing my hair.

I set up an appointment foru daughter to get her hair done by Zoe before homecoming and she was able to fit her in. We got there and my daughter immediately felt at home. Always friendly. I usually bring nicer dresses and shirts and a down comforter and I’ve never had any issues.
Interacted with four different staff members, all of them were nice and very helpful. The new woman in the office was nice, so was the other woman helping her, they helped me find the right paver sand. Then I went to the yard to try and match old pavers, older guy on the loader was super nice, and saved me from grabbing the wrong color brick because I forgot I had transition lenses on and didn't realize they were the different color. He took me to the right pavers. When I realized that the one I wanted was on top of a stack of pallets of bricks three or four high, a younger guy came by and pulled the pallet down real quick for me. Everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable, recognized my old pavers and new ones, and in the end the high quality paver sand was cheaper than the Techno sand at Home Depot. Lastly, the younger guy came by to help me load the sand, and saved my from buying a bag with a nail rip. Overall great experience and knowledgeable staff.
I had an outstanding experience with this office. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond. During my Friday appointment, they noticed my frames were broken — still usable, but unable to fold — and immediately took the initiative to check whether they were still under warranty. They not only confirmed the coverage but also managed to get replacement frames in by the very next day (a Saturday), just in time before I left for a trip. I wasn’t expecting that level of effort or such a quick turnaround, and I was genuinely appreciative.
