I have used Krane Heating and Cooling for a few years now, everything from furnace cleaning to repairs. They just installed a new furnace for me and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. My original call was on a Sunday morning and they were here within an hour, unfortunately I needed a new furnace but they installed it the next day. I recommend them highly.
Great company!! Our furnace broke and we were told by DTE it would take 5 days to come out, I called Krane at 630 am and we had a technician out by 730! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend, thank you!!
We are very happy with our experience with Krane. I called early in the morning and talked to Jeff about an issue with our furnace. He was kind enough to give us a quote below the average price from the other companies around the area. Darryl (technician) came and was very pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable about our furnace system. He found the issue right away and fixed it. He was punctual and professional. I highly recommend Krane Heating and Cooling!
