“The owner/repair guy was very professional, courteous and he got the the job done quickly. I called and he came out the same day and diagnosed the AC issue. My AC was over 30 years old and was beyond it's serviceable life so he installed a new one just 3 days later. The entire install took only 5 hours and he did a great job. He also noticed my refrigerator was taken apart and even offered free advice to help me fix it. “We had Briarwood put in an air conditioning unit and a furnace. Kyle, Matt, and Anthony came out and they were amazing! They are all hard workers and really polite. They went over everything they did at the end of the job and the furnace area was so clean looking. Kyle even put up a file holder so all of our info was right with the furnace. Also, happy with Lee who gave us the quote. There were no unpleasant surprises with additional charges. Highly recommend Briarwood!! “Our hot water heater separated with a large bulge at the seam leading me to believe there was a potential bad outcome forthcoming. I turned off the water and gas to the heater and called McQuade. They were out within a day of me calling them. John just completed the job and suggested an electric anode rod to help extend life of the replacement tank which thankfully was still under warranty. He then took his time to explain the replacement process, how to hopefully extend the lifespan. Very happy a catastrophe was avoided.”
“Our furnace went out on a Sunday, and A Plus was able to squeeze us in, which we truly appreciated. Miron came out and was extremely kind and helpful, especially considering it was a Sunday. He actually helped us last year as well, and once again provided great service.<br><br>Our furnace appeared to have burned out due to recent power outages. Miron explained everything clearly and recommended a surge protector to prevent this from happening again, letting us know we could also consult an electrician if we wanted. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the needed part that day, so the repair had to wait until Monday. (No big deal, it’s a Sunday, so completely understandable)<br><br>By 9 AM Monday morning, we had already received a texted estimate, and by 11 AM the technician was at our house. Henry (Joe) was very friendly and professional and even took the time to talk to our dog, which was a nice touch. He had a surge protector available and was able to install it that same day, which we opted to do. He also noticed another issue with the system and was able to take care of that during the visit.<br><br>Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing and options. We also appreciated the consideration they showed us on the final cost. Excellent service and highly recommended”

“Had some main water shutoff valves replaced as they were probably 60 years old. Dan and Brian did good work on some old pipes.<br><br>I, unfortunately, had to call them back out just to confirm all was good with a potential leak, that was either condensation or a drippy thread. They were understanding of the fear and set Mr. Dan back out as soon as they were able.<br><br>We also had a miscommunication on the pricing of things, but the office was understanding and worked with me to rectify the disagreement.”

“I was worried to call to have our 28 year old furnace inspected, but Matthew came out and performed a carbon monoxide inspection. It passed but based on the age of our system they recommended a new system. No pressure at all and Matthew priced out an 80% efficiency furnace, but then told us with a Consumer’s Energy rebate and tax rebate we could go with high efficiency furnace for small difference. Then helped process the rebates. No pressure, kept every timing promise and included duct cleaning and used drop clothes during installation so no mess at all. Recommend them absolutely. Don’t typically write reviews, but the way we were treated the entire process made me want to leave one.”

“Had the vent exhaust enducer fan motor replaced. Good service came within 1/2 hr. Had one on the truck for the Bryant furnace. The motor cost $234, with labor complete I paid $634. $400 labor thought it was a bit much for an 1/2 work, to remove three screws.”
