Very impressed with the technician that performed the inspection. I described an issue that I have discussed with other technicians, including the original installer. He was familiar with the issue and described how to correct. As the issue is minor, and the correction expensive, I will just live with it. It does give peace of mind knowing there is a known cause and solution.
I would like to spend a time for leaving this great feedback for Jeff. He did very professionally going over my existing systems' issue and pointed out what we need and how new HVAC will be the system you will have in detail.
I can't say enough great things about this company! They helped my son tremendously as he was trying to deal with state emergency relief to help fix his broken water tank and furnace. As we were jumping through hoops dealing with the state, they were kind, patient and professional. Huge shout out to Dan(sales rep) and Ryan(installation cord). You guys are awesome! Thank you!
