The guys at ventcraft were so great to work with. We had a renovation job that required a significant amount of work and they handled it flawlessly! Will continue to go through them for all things hvac in the future!

I never write reviews but I had to break my own rule on this one because of the stellar service that I received. My AC went out on a very hot, humid day. I called that night which was a holiday and left a voice mail asking for help. I received a call back the next morning and by mid morning, my AC was fixed and running. This company also was the original company who installed my HVAC system and I was impressed when that happened. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is awesome and pricing is very fair.

On July 9th, 2020, my air conditioning went out on a humid, mid-90 degree Thursday when I had painters beginning to paint the entire main floor. 2 other local companies could only schedule me the following Tuesday (FIVE days later!). Ventcraft returned my 8 a.m. call and had a technician on site by 11 a.m. He called when en route to let me know of his exact arrival time. He diagnosed the problem, left to buy the required repair part, returned and fixed it the same day. The technician was courteous, wore a mask and kept me informed. Top-notch service from a local company. Would highly recommend!
