Our residential central air conditioning failed causing our furnace to fail as well and on the advice of a trusted colleague of my wife’s we called Quality Heating and Cooling for the replacement of both units. We could not be happier with the service they provided from the initial visit and diagnosis their employees (Tim, Eddie, and Parker) were all professional, polite, and respectful of us and our home. Eddie and Parker did a great job of the installation and left no mess and now our HVAC systems works better than it ever has since we moved into this house 11 years ago. I can't say enough good things about Quality Heating and Cooling. I was having issues with my A/C unit so I gave them a call and within a day I had a technician come out to assess the issue. They were on time, courteous, and very professional. The technician was able to fix the issue that same day and even gave me pointers on how to maintain my A/C to make sure it's running at its full potential. It's the kind of gesture like this that will make me a lifetime client.
