“I absolutely love these people. About 15 years ago my AC wasn’t working. It had a leak and Consumers Energy would not pay for the leak detection. I was considering getting a new AC when one of the guys at Valley City Mechanical said that that there was a common place where the AC leaks. He said if it’s there, it’s about $200 to fix and Consumers Energy would pay to recharge the system. That was the exact problem. He could have sold me a brand new AC but instead he helped me out. I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. I have had them over several times. They always respect my property. They are always honest with me. They always fix whatever problem I have. I recently had them replace my hot water heater and my furnace. In comparison to a couple other companies, their prices were very reasonable. I am very satisfied with their customer service. Jim Schultz did a great job fixing the problem and took the time to give us different quotes to fix the problem and also for other things we might want to do now or wait to later. He also gave us other ideas to help on other things to avoid future problems.“

He communicated well abouy his arrival time, admitted he didnt know the initial details of our situation and then called back to his office to get everything figured out and get us a proposal with 4 different options. He walked us through third party financing offers (which were reasonable and easy to apply for, even though we opted to pay up front). Once the we chose our option for repair, Drew worked steadily the whole day to complete our cleanout. When he was done, he showed us the video of our clean drains, cleaned up, thanked us and left.
