“I'm a relatively new homeowner of a 95 year old, classic GR home who had a feeling I was getting manipulated by another company (Vredevoogd) regarding my slow drains. They came over, looked at the pipes in the basement, and told me the only solution was an 11 THOUSAND dollar full system replace. I called Mike from Wasko out as a second opinion and he had the entire system snaked, cleaned, and working beautifully in 30 minutes for $200. He even repaired my slow flushing toilet without me remembering to mention it. I'm thrilled and would recommend this company 1,000 times over.“

“These guys are awesome, and I highly recommend them! A bunch of things went wrong in my apartment and building at the same time, and my landlord had Kentwood come out. They installed a new furnace, quality checked and fixed the installation of a new stove/old gas lines, replaced some old rotting pipes they discovered, and I’m sure there was more. Everyone that came out was respectful, considerate, focused, and did a great job. I only got two names (Christian and Pete) and they were great, along with seriously everyone else on the team that came out over a few days’ time. Everything is working again — I have heat, my stove works, and I feel safer knowing they discovered and fixed some issues we otherwise wouldn’t have known about.“

“I was on a very tight schedule and had to get my motorhome inspected by a licensed technician before it was to be picked up by our renter in 48 hours. I arrived at Certified Repair around 4pm. The owner, Larry, was exhausted from the days demands and he told me he was completely booked out for days and i coyld leave my rig there for him to inspect the next day. I explained my urgent need for his assistance and the situation I was in and, despite his exhaustion, aching everywhere on his body, the 100° heat and his hungry tummy, he called his technician and the two of them stayed until 6pm making sure my rigs AC & Refrigerator were 100% functioning without any troublesI He definitely made sure I was taken care of. I will not take my Htg /Cooling/Refrigeration business anywhere else...He also offered to repair some exterior damage at an incredibly reasonable if not insanely cheap amount and guaranteed complete satisfaction.Thank you Larry!!“

“Honest, fair, professional. Just had KENOWA PLUMBING install a new garbage disposal this morning for me. They were OUTSTANDING in every capacity. Courteous, professional, prompt. The last few weeks I have been jerked around by plumbers on Angi's list, Roto Rooter, Lowe's, etc. All wanting to charge me obscene amounts of money to just install a garbage disposal. Some of these so called COMPETITORS, wanted to charge me $500. KENOWA provided me A FAIR PRICE & VALUE and are WAY AHEAD of their competition. They have a new customer for life. I will always call them going forward for my plumbing repairs. I can't say anymore GREAT things about KENOWA. Honestly do yourself the favor and just call them.
