Very knowledgeable and upfront about costs and answered whatever questions I had. Wasn’t pushy about becoming a member which I personally enjoyed. I’ve always had a good experience when Grapids come out to look at our equipment and give them a tuneup if necessary.

Where do I start. This company was professional from beginning to end. They kept me updated about arrival times, delays etc. Upon arrival the young men politely and professionally introduced themselves. I showed them the area of the backed up drains and they took care of the rest. Didn't take them long at all and they explained what they found. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Grapids Home Service for clearing my drain. Now my home no longer has the sewer smell.

My wife and I just had our furnace and central air conditioner replaced yesterday. Everyone from Grapids was absolutely awesome! We joined their maintenance service plan which turned out to be a smart decision. Our existing equipment was inspected Thursday afternoon by Tanner. We learned that our equipment was in pretty bad shape so a visit by John took place later that evening. Due to excellent pricing and exceptional communication we purchased all new equipment. There was actually an opportunity for them to do the installation the very next day. Brady, our technician and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. The work was exceptional!!
