Drew was our tech. He communicated well abouy his arrival time, admitted he didnt know the initial details of our situation and then called back to his office to get everything figured out and get us a proposal with 4 different options. He walked us through third party financing offers (which were reasonable and easy to apply for, even though we opted to pay up front). Once the we chose our option for repair, Drew worked steadily the whole day to complete our cleanout. When he was done, he showed us the video of our clean drains, cleaned up, thanked us and left. Josh was out to unclog sewer main.unfortunately it plugged up again about a week later, came back out early next morning and unclogged it again. There is a lot of scaling in cast iron pipe. Hopefully this works house was built in the 20s he was very friendly and helpful.
Zach did a great job! He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, explain what was going on, and get everything fixed. He was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, and I really appreciated how smoothly the whole process went.
