We have a combo boiler in our house and the boiler went out late November. My wife and I called quite a few places and no one could get to us until the following week. We could not wait that long. I called Service Professor and they had a technician out the very next morning.Our technician, Jerry Lopez, was courteous, polite, friendly and professional. He went right to work and had a diagnosis within 30 minutes, or less. He gave us a price quote for the part and then talked with us about replacing our old system. I had Service Professor out four different times in a week.It all began on Friday, November 24. The day after Thanksgiving and all I want to do is get my laundry done. But my washer goes through a rinse cycle and my sewer backs up. Chaos and phone calls later to companies that weren’t open I finally remember the “We’ll fix it in a snap” company and call Service Professor. They’re open! They’re not charging holiday rates! Yay! There’s a special? Even better!Landyn was sent out that day to take a look. He had to auger out the sewer pipes and when it was pulled back it was absolutely wrapped in roots. Bree and Ray were great!! Bree was thorough, friendly and explained everything in detail. She showed me pictures of the grease build up (from the previous owners) and explained how we can avoid this in the future.
