“I had a frozen pipe with the cold weather. The owner was extremely knowledgeable with current and preventative solutions. He offered to come out in a reasonable time frame and at a reasonable price. “I am the head trustee for my church. I hired DHE to install new heating and cooling units at my church. One of those units became a nightmare for us and for six years have given us constant problems. The unit manufacturer was zero help and washed their hands of the problem. DHE on the other hand has worked with us trying to resolve the issues best that they could even putting in many hours of labor without charge to help us. They have been outstanding in my opinion. As a church we decided to replace the bad unit , a hard decision as it is expensive to do. We are staying with DHE to install a new unit, different brand, because we feel DHE has been fair and stood with us through all our problems with the bad unit. I would recommend DHE to everyone.
