My grandma told me this morning her AC unit was not working properly. The fan wouldn’t kick on. I stopped after work to trouble shoot it with hubby and we determine we needed a tech to come out. I made multiple calls to other businesses. They all couldn’t get to her until. This wouldn’t have been an issue except she’s 75 years old living on her own and her house was sitting at 92 degrees!!!! 😳 Kevin waved the service fee and was there within 30 minutes after already working a 12 hour shift. AC Repair - Fantastic Service on a Hot Holiday
Kevin did a thorough job diagnosing the problem. He didn't just repair it, but helped us understand the cause and how to prevent it in the future. Saving us money down the road. I hated to call for service on a hot holiday, but Kevin's came with an aim to serve and do the job right. We'll be calling Penning the next time we need service.
