Valley City was sent to us through an appliance program on the day before Thanksgiving. Our furnace was deemed inoperable and required immediate replacement. They were prompt, courteous and very professional.However, the price to install seemed a bit steep and they had to return 5 times between Thanksgiving and Christmas to adjust an issue with the newly installed furnace. With each visit, the adjustments made were not remedied. When the blower kicked in, it was very loud.Finally, in the fifth visit, they discovered that it was a setting on the air flow that took care of it.Overall, we were pleased at the outcome but the inconvenience of 5 total visits was frustrating...read full review
We had a old Boiler in our home been putting money into it for years now. We needed someone to come out fast cuz we had no heat and it was the middle of a snow storm with a toddler and a 5 month baby!! Brandon from Valley City came out first thing the next morning! We needed a new Boiler system not what we wanted to hear right in the middle of a snow storm Brandon and his helper (Didn't get his name ) came with in the next day or so with a new Boiler system we are so thankful they got one so fast! Brandon was very nice and sweet, helpful answered all our 100 questions. Thank you Valley City you guys are amazing ? most definitely recommend this company!!
Our heat went out when it was in the single digits. Someone was able to come out the same day to fix it. The technician even went out and bought a new thermostat for us and came back to install it. So thankful!
