“We had a shower valve issue so I called Byron plumbing because they are in our area. I was greeted on the phone by a very friendly person and was promised service the next day as it was already late in the afternoon. Left the back door open as I trust this complany very much, and the plumber came and did a quick, thorough, clean job. I am in a business were I work with many plumbers every day and I know many would be upset I didn't give them the chance to help me out. Jake arrived within 30 minutes, and made all necessary repairs, and even installed an extra shut off valve to make it easier to shut down the water from the well. “I was on a very tight schedule and had to get my motorhome inspected by a licensed technician before it was to be picked up by our renter in 48 hours. I arrived at Certified Repair around 4pm. The owner, Larry, was exhausted from the days demands and he told me he was completely booked out for days and i coyld leave my rig there for him to inspect the next day. I explained my urgent need for his assistance and the situation I was in and, despite his exhaustion, aching everywhere on his body, the 100° heat and his hungry tummy, he called his technician and the two of them stayed until 6pm making sure my rigs AC & Refrigerator were 100% functioning without any troublesI He definitely made sure I was taken care of. “Edit- Feb. 2024My bestie in Lansing had a sewer issue. I called Roger to see if he had a recommendation for someone I could trust in Lansing to fix the issue. He did not. Instead, he stated he could do the job and away he went with Eric, 30 minutes after my original call. They fixed the issue, chatted with the children and called back to make sure everything was doing good. Roger cares for people, not just the bottom line and I am grateful for how he loves his neighbor as himself. I will always contact Roger for any issues with sewer lines.Our drain started backing up into our basement. My husband did all he could to snake the lines, but unfortunately, the plug was bigger than the equipment we had could handle. I called Roger Vanderlaan at 8:05 am on Friday morning. His secretary took my information and told me that Roger should call me back within 30 minutes. I received his call at 8:08 am. He told me that he was running into a job but he would just bump me to the next in line since I was home and the owners of the other jobs he had were not. He showed up to my house around 9:10 am and just left at 9:40 am. Talk about quality service at the speed of light! Eric, his coworker, and Roger got everything up and running quickly and they didn't leave a mess behind! All I have to clean up is the mess that was created by the backed-up drain! I can't compare the cost with other companies because I've not dealt with a backed-up system in years, but I felt the total cost was fair. I am so grateful for Roger and Eric. “Honest, fair, professional. Just had KENOWA PLUMBING install a new garbage disposal this morning for me. They were OUTSTANDING in every capacity. Courteous, professional, prompt. The last few weeks I have been jerked around by plumbers on Angi's list, Roto Rooter, Lowe's, etc. All wanting to charge me obscene amounts of money to just install a garbage disposal. Some of these so called COMPETITORS, wanted to charge me $500. KENOWA provided me A FAIR PRICE & VALUE and are WAY AHEAD of their competition. They have a new customer for life. I will always call them going forward for my plumbing repairs. I can't say anymore GREAT things about KENOWA. Honestly do yourself the favor and just call them.
