“I highly recommend this company.. I have had nothing but very professional installations at my home by their employees. I am talking about Blessings and Plumbing, Grand Blanc, Mi. I don't know if some of these other reviews are other companies or what, but never had those type of experiences. Recently had my home A/C system upgraded, and it was done in a day. Top notch. They may not be the cheapest with estimates, but they use quality parts and don't cut corners. The workers doing the work, Danny, Devon and Cody were so polite and they never stopped working. “This company is incredible. I have not had heat in the house for 2 months now. We've been heating the house with the stove top (I know its not necessarily safe but we're desperate and cant freeze, plus the stove is only electric). Anyways, when I finally got the funds for the job, Optimal was able to replace my furnace within 5 days.

The techs were incredible, I was not at the house for the job but my wife says they were informative or efficient. When I got home towards the end of the job I seen a tech had grabbed a broom and cleaned up the floor where they worked. Incredible people. Will definitely recommend and refer to EVERYONE.“

“Had my AC go out on me during the hottest day of the year. Called around to many different Heating and Cooling contractors - and the vast majority never answered the phone or returned my phone call. Adkisson Air did answer my call, and while they couldn't get someone out to me that same day, they were professional and kind and found a way to get a technician out to my place in two (2) days. The technician was prompt, professional and thorough and got my AC running within an hour. No high pressure sales pitches to upgrade my unit and identified what was critical and what was optional. The price was very reasonable and I signed up for a maintenance contract. Highly recommend this company.“

“We called Burke's Climate Control to have our air conditioner replaced. Don was able to get us scheduled very quickly. Don and his crew showed up on time and were very respectful of our property and home, he even laid floor coverings down to protect our floors. He is very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to be doing. They cleaned everything up and took away all the old equipment. I highly recommend Burke's, they did a great job!!“

“I’m not even sure where to begin. I purchased a house in June 2023 with a boiler system. Rather than have one humongous radiator in front of the living room picture window, I hired professionals to take it out and put in two floor radiators on each side of the window. This work was done while I was out of town. When I returned home, to my surprise, they did not use copper pipes to install them. You can see from the first picture that the pex that they used was sagging and not up to code. When I asked why copper wasn’t used, I was told “my brother has it in his house so I’m sure it’s fine for your house.” I never was given an explanation as to why it was sagging. Needless to say, Even a layperson like me knew something was definitely wrong with that picture. The floor radiators in the living room never worked. Neither did the floor radiator they installed in the breakfast nook area. I was referred to P&H by another plumbing company because they specialize in extremely old boiler systems. I was told that even if I had to wait six months (which I didn’t), it would be well worth the wait. Today, copper pipes were installed, and the floor radiator that was in the breakfast nook was replaced as was the one in the office/parlor. Now, I actually have heat in every room on the 1st floor! I am beyond ecstatic, in addition to being extremely grateful! I cannot recommend P&H Plumbing highly enough. They are the consummate professionals.“

“They came out same day to look at my AC during a heatwave. After diagnosis they worked with my manufacturer to get the warranty parts approved. Had my air fixed same day and returned once warranty parts were in. Great work and great customer service!“

“We had 5 star service and pricing when we had issues with our boiler, but 3 star service and pricing for plumbing. We were left scratching our heads as to why the face plate on our shower handle just dangled in space leaving a large gap behind it. Our shower was unusable. Then I realized he put the handle sleeve/stem on backwards. A quick fix once I realized the plumber's mistake, but why did I have to find and fix the mistake? I probably should have replaced the valve myself (I have before, I just did not think that I had the time to do it).“
