Recently, I bought a gas fireplace from them and there was a problem with it. They were extremely responsive to get it to work properly and When they could not do that, they replaced the whole unit in a very prompt manner and charged me nothing extra. If you’re looking to buy a gas fireplace look no further ;if there was more than five stars I would definitely give this place that rating they are beyond excellent Extremely satisfied with their service.Trevor is the best!!
Konieczka saved us over $5000.00 compared to other quotes. Cannot say how pleased we are with our new system and the professionalism exhibited by your installers! Scott and crew performed above and beyond our expectations and had us up and running in less than 6 hours for a completely new heating and cooling system. Anyone would be crazy to go with any other company. Thank you! You are amazing! Will recommend Konieczka to everyone I talk to!
Placed a service call at 8am. on a furnace that they installed 5 years prior and a technician was at our home at 9:30am and had us up and running within 15 minutes! Very impressive service and we thank you.
