Had a bit of an issue DIYing my air conditioner on a weekend, and called to see about getting a tech out if I wasn’t able to solve the problem myself. They were super helpful on the call and offered to look at a photo of the unit; lo and behold, they immediately knew where I had gone wrong. Called the company to inquire about the pricing for a visit and diagnosis of my a/c unit. The woman that answered the phone was very professional. Shortly after, I received a call from Neil, the owner. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He offered to come out same day, which was amazing. My original call went out at 6:45 pm. The callback came at 6:55 pm. Neil showed up at 9:30pm and by 10pm my a/c unit was working again. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue and discovered that my thermostat had been wired incorrectly. In the end he gave me an amazing deal on the price. Neil recently replaced our furnace and previously repaired our AC. He is an honest, straightforward, owner who is going give you recommendations on what makes the most sense, not what makes him the most money. He does fantastic work and is very thorough. Prices are also very reasonable.
