This was my first experience with Holland Heating & Cooling; I am very pleased with the entire process.The appointment was scheduled for 9 am Monday. The technician called me 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to say they were on their way but needed to stop at the supply house to pick up an item and might be a little late.Bart and Zach arrived shortly after 9:00 am. They introduced themselves, looked at the job, explained what they needed to do and went to work. Because they had to work on the furnace in the basement and the AC outside, they were careful to protect the hardwood floors and walls and trim inside our home to prevent damage.They finished the...read full review
Bart and Conner were great installers. They called to say they were on their way to my home. They worked all day and cleaned up their mess. They were pleasant and explained the furnace and ac unit extremely well. I recommend this company. 5 stars! Job #HD4022012-20-24
In January 2024 we had a new Rheem furnace RA401151 installed by Eric and Denton. They arrived on time, answered all of our questions, informed us about all the features on the furnace. Removed old furnace and did a great job of cleaning up. We will use Holland again and recommend to family and friends.
