Anthony came out to work on our water heater. It was very difficult to troubleshoot. Anthony needed to reschedule his next appointment to stay with us. He said he didn't want to leave us without hot water in the cold weather when we had two young children. Unfortunately, no repairs would work and we decided we needed a new unit. We scheduled the installation for the next day.
Dan and Josh came over the next day to install the unit. While they were getting ready to remove the old unit, they tried one last fix on it... and it worked! They could have easily charged me for a new unit, instead...read full review
We've hired Staley's over the years for a number of major projects/fixes; heating/AC annual checks; subpumps; etc. Always have had very positive experiences with the work crews that have been sent out - both in their knowledge of the job as well as their personality. The latest - John and Zach - are one more great example of the good & capable people associated with Staley's. Highly recommend.
Eric was amazing. Came out after hours with no hesitation. Fixed our leaks in our furnance and educated us on proper maintenance. Will definitely use Eric and this company for any further issues. Thank you again Eric!
