When faced with a broken down oil furnace, we called Burke's and our experience from start to finish with this company was outstanding. They offered us a competitive price and stayed in contact to answer questions during our decision making process. On the day of installation, they were here promptly and our new propane furnace was installed without a hitch. They cleaned up everything and were efficient and pleasant throughout. I can not express how phenomenal this company is. The customer care was exceptional and the wealth of knowledge they have can not be understated. I lost my heat just this winter, and even though it was outside business hours Don took the time to make sure me and my family were back up and running. Heat was on. We are happy. Thanks again will be using yall from now on.

I highly recommend Burke's. From my first contact with Don, he was responsive, friendly and knowledgeable, and provided me with a competitive quotation and a timely install date. They showed up on time and ready to go, they completed the install of my HVAC system with both attention to detail and the user experience. No surprises on the final bill and an overall great job. These guys really know what they are doing and took the time to explain the system, how to use it, and tips on maintenance.
