Had a great experience using Roto-Rooter. From the time I called to the time the technician left the job it was a good and informative experience. When I called, the lady at dispatch (sorry I forgot her name) was very pleasant and quick to get a technician out. She told me who she was sending and how soon he could be at my house to help. Austin made it to my house in about an hour and was well prepared. He not only was able to advise me with his extended experience, but was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and show what he was doing/seeing on the job and made me feel more comfortable with the whole experience. OMG!!!, I’ve owned 3 businesses, one of them being a dry cleaners. I’ve had a lot of contractors do work for me.
I’m totally in awe over Roto-rooter and the amazing technician they sent out. Jake Collins was the employee. Jake had to replace old cast iron pipes with plastic pipes because the original cast iron pipes were plugged. I recently had a bathroom remodel and found out the new shower would not drain. Roto-Rooter was dispatched to my address and made the necessary repairs.
Siri home improvements was the business that did the bathroom install. To their credit, they went good on the pipes replacement, even though it was existing pipes.
