Mason and Ian were great! Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough! They walked me through everything they were doing, taking pictures of the damage every step of the way. They were patient with all the questions that I asked, and they cleaned up behind themselves. If I should ever need a plumber again, I will definitely call Carter's Plumbing, and I'll definitely ask for Mason again!

Mark was great, came out and figured out our issue immediately. Office staff was also very friendly and patient with my anxious self calling a hundred times to confirm the appointment lol

Edited final review : The operations manager took the responsibility of fixing the issue (what was suppose to be a simple task) and assigned a new plumber and he completed the task in HALF AN HOUR and was out. It's fixed now and finally am happy with the work but had to struggle a bit but carters plumbing took the responsibility to fix it and the operations manager was a very reasonable guy and understanding.
