Andrew installed our water heater and discovered leaking pipes under the house. He was so personable and took time to explain to a 70+ lady all the work he did. We're very happy and will call him again!
I ordered a new dryer from Costco. They couldn’t hook it up as my gas hook up wasn’t up to code. I called ROCKET & they sent a plumber out the same day. He gave me an estimate & was back the next day. Jeff VanAssche was very courteous & professional. He kept me up to date on his progress. The job entailed more than expected ( he made me aware of that when he gave me the estimate-so no surprises). He did an outstanding job. He deserves 10 stars. He even moved the old dryer & put the new dryer in place so all Costco has to do is connect it.
I will use ROCKET & recommend them for all household needs. I’m so happy I found such a trustworthy company.
I had complete repiping done of a mobile home, the work that was done was extremely efficient and Eric was completely professional from start to finish, in addition to the repiping of the home I had a hot water heater installed along with three faucet sets, two bathrooms, and the kitchen, everything was done to perfection.
I would highly recommend Rock service pros for any type of plumbing work that anyone would have.
