DTE had diagnosed a gas leak on the furnace gas control valve. Jackie came out first thing in the morning the day after I called, and diagnosed the problem as a loose fitting. She not only fixed the problem but cleaned the burners and thermocouple while she was at it, and replaced the furnace filter. I will definitely call again if I have heating issues.

The pilot went out on my water tank and couldn't get it to re-light. Jackie came out bright and early the next morning in the middle of the crazy rain/ snow storm and fixed the problem for me. She made sure everything was up and running for me and made me laugh. And the price was very reasonable. Will call again if I have any problems. Thanks Jackie
