After calling for service on my furnace a tech came out at my first availabe time. Alex checked the furnace and found that the induction motor was bad. He ordered a new motor and it was installed 3 days later. Vince installed the new motor. Both he and Alex were very professional in their service and helpfull in getting a time for installation. These guys were GREAT! From the beginning estimate (Kevin!!!) to the completion of our new boiler these guys did everything right, and it wasn't easy either! I would have no problem recommending these folks to friends & family.
