BEWARE! Business owner does not maintain liability insurance. Had scheduled a furnace replacement a week after inspection of existing furnace. Technician was set to meet me to obtain 50% payment, and I had told him that I would need proof of insurance before paying. At the 11th hour, I was told that the owner had misplaced his insurance during an office move. When I pressed them to get a copy from his insurance company, I was informed that the owner had let the insurance lapse for some time. Wasted a week of my time and left me running a potentially dangerous furnace in December.
