BEWARE! Business owner does not maintain liability insurance. Had scheduled a furnace replacement a week after inspection of existing furnace. Technician was set to meet me to obtain 50% payment, and I had told him that I would need proof of insurance before paying. At the 11th hour, I was told that the owner had misplaced his insurance during an office move. When I pressed them to get a copy from his insurance company, I was informed that the owner had let the insurance lapse for some time. Called them to come service our AC. They told me they would come right out and never showed up. I called the next day first thing where I was told I had one other customer in front of me. Never called me back, showed up, or answered calls. I am now at the back of the line for a reputable company.Service: A/C system maintenance
