“Tavoy came promptly on this Sunday afternoon within the two-hour service window to address our issue of a clogged kitchen sink. He very courteously and professionally listened as we described the problem and its timeline and then got right to work after we filled out the necessary papers. He patiently ran 65' of cable through the pipes, checking to see if the water continued to back up. It was a complex and lengthy process because of the many pipe angles, but he kept at it until he succeeded in unclogging the drain and pipes. The job took skill and an abundance of patience. Tavoy is an excellent technician and fine representative of Roto-Rooter. We would welcome him back should we have another plumbing problem.”

“I thought I was looking at the need to replace a lot of underground drainage pipes around the house. I called Sky and asked if they could someone to evaluate the situation. They sent Mark who arrived at the promised time and was very knowldgable. He suggested that before deciding to scope all the pipes with the camera (which can be costly) he would run water through them. Luckily, all but one drained properly. Mark also, willingly navigated a very cramped crawal space to access the connections to the outdoor hose bib.<br>I was only charged for the time which was reasonable.<br><br>I would reccomend Sky Plumbing.”
