Valentine discovered major pipe corrosion during our annual maintenance check. Two days later he replaced all the copper piping which was badly corroded and ready to burst. He also checked all the plumbing on all four floors, made some minor repairs, and gave us some good maintenance tips. Excellent service from a top notch company with professional and skilled technical personnel as well as a competent front office staff who are excellent at scheduling and communication.
