Lonne was great. Came in quickly, assessed situation and offered a quote. Got to work right away and was done quickly and efficiently with everything taken care of. A bit pricey but happy to know it was done correctly - gas lines are nothing to sneeze at!
I recently worked with Plumbifi at Eagle Rock Columbia Pike, and highly recommend their services. Plumbifi handle several critical repairs for us, including replacing the main valve on the fourth floor that had the potential to cause serious flooding, and damage to the units below the work was completed efficiently and gave us peace of mind knowing the issue was done properly. Also diagnose a very challenging leak coming from the third floor that multiple attempts failed to identify. Their troubleshooting was the spot on. Lonne was very thorough testing a couple of things to find out why we had low water pressure. It turned out that we had to get a new well pump.He was good at assessing the situation and explaining what needed to be done. It took 2 days of work but there was no complaining.
