The tech that came out, was professional, on time, knowledgeable and quick fixes to the problems, afterwards a field supervisor visited my home and was as pleasant and professional!!! Will be using Rooters from now on for any future projects
Really happy with our service and especially our technician Dama Fanai. He diagnosed our problem that was missed by another plumber. He solved a difficult and very tricky situation with a basement ejector pipe to the septic tank that was not easy to access. It was a big relief this morning when someone with nearly 10 years experience came out and was able to diagnose and fix the problem! What a relief!! Thank you Dama!!!!!!
