I noticed a leak in my basement last night and turned off the main water valve to the house. I submitted my info on the Angie website early this morning. PipeWorks Plumbing, Heating and Air called me minutes later and an appointment was scheduled for noon (same day). Jason came promptly as scheduled and quickly pinpointed the leak was from an appliance and resolved the issue by cutting of water to the appliance. The charge was only $40 because they said "it wasn't a plumbing issue and no plumbing work was done". Ok, but he identified source of the leak which I failed to do and he solved the problem. I appreciated the quick appointment, the quick identification of the source of the problem, the quick solution, the professionalism and very reasonable charge. No one ever wants to call a plumber, but if I ever have to again, I'm definitely calling this company back. I highly recommend this company👍

Their representative was quick in diagnosing and fixing my gas pipe issue. I would call them again. Outstanding!
Both inside and on-site staff courteous -- and prompt. Had my plumbing problem corrected in <24 hours, and at a price point below what I expected.
