About Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
Jaime and Michael were great, got the clog cleaned quickly. Adrian and Jamie did a great job clearing the laundry line; they are punctual, professional and went above and beyond. Jamie is a very knowledgeable and efficient expert, diagnosing the issue with precision and explaining the techniques to younger peers with patience. Jaime Moreno did excellent work reinstalling a toilet, done efficiently and cleanly. Jamie provided detailed information about garbage disposal and why it stopped working—clogging, possible dull blades, and age. The disposal was cleaned and reset in a timely manner, and tested for no leakage at completion of service. Estimated time of arrival from dispatch was 3 hours off, which made the day more difficult, and the app provides misleading information about arrival time and job progress. They gave advice on how to prevent this problem from happening again. The team showed up for an unforeseen Saturday morning intervention, and Jamie recommended feasible options, representing the company very well with very good quality services.
We called Roto Rooter when we discovered a leak and mold. Since their first visit in which the repaired our toilet to now when they continue to monitor our air quality during repairs, the Roto Rooter team has been excellent. We would highly recommend them to anyone managing water damage issues following a plumbing issue. Amazing!
Excellent service from start to finish. Jaime came in, analyzed the issue, fixed my garbage disposal, showed me what was causing the issue, and left all under 11 minutes. Fast, efficient and professional. Safe to say I’ll reach out if I ever encounter a problem again
