Jamie is a very knowledgeable and efficient expert, diagnosing the issue with precision and explaining the techniques to younger peers with patience. Jaime Moreno did excellent work reinstalling a toilet, done efficiently and cleanly. Jamie provided detailed information about garbage disposal and why it stopped working—clogging, possible dull blades, and age. The disposal was cleaned and reset in a timely manner, and tested for no leakage at completion of service. Estimated time of arrival from dispatch was 3 hours off, which made the day more difficult, and the app provides misleading information about arrival time and job progress. They gave advice on how to prevent this problem from happening again. The team showed up for an unforeseen Saturday morning intervention, and Jamie recommended feasible options, representing the company very well with very good quality services.
