Tavoy came promptly on this Sunday afternoon within the two-hour service window to address our issue of a clogged kitchen sink. He very courteously and professionally listened as we described the problem and its timeline and then got right to work after we filled out the necessary papers. He patiently ran 65' of cable through the pipes, checking to see if the water continued to back up. It was a complex and lengthy process because of the many pipe angles, but he kept at it until he succeeded in unclogging the drain and pipes. The job took skill and an abundance of patience. We needed our commode unclogged fast. I scheduled for them to come same evening. The technician pulled up within an hour and a half. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and even did work beyond what needed to be done. Super happy with the technician and this company!
Had sewage coming from a hole in the basement. Quick response from roto rooter on a Sunday. Micheal came out. He was quick to diagnosis the issue and had it solved and my bathrooms up in running within a few hours. Will definitely be using them again in the future when needed.
