Hicks Plumbing Services
“Our sump pump failed during the storms in early September, and Willis from Hicks Plumbing helped us get it replaced. They also referred us to Restoration Doctor, the 24 hour water extraction company.
Restoration Doctor worked with our insurance company to explain that the basement flooded because of the sump pump failure, rather than water coming in through the back door. Getting that cleared up saved us from having to pay tens of thousands of dollars in repairs out of pocket.
Thank you to Willis and Hicks Plumbing for replacing the basement sump pump and pointing us to the right people. We’re especially grateful for that referral. Five stars.”
