Callie and Mike are phenomenal! Prices are fair, turn around is quick, and they’ve been amazing about pick up/drop off. I have all sorts of linens done with them — clothes, sheets, towels, and speciality items like non-dry clean wools. I highly recommend!
Why 5 stars? I took pants in that were missing a button. I did not say anything about it, just that they needed to be cleaned. I got them back and the button has been replaced, without additional charge (or even a comment that they had added the button) I discovered it when I next pulled them out. If that isn’t a 5 star kind of service, I don’t know what is.

My wife and I have been bringing our 11 year old to Dr. Rich since late 2020. We have found that she has been a conscientious, professional caregiver throughout that time. Clearly, she regards her work as a labor of love. Our child has benefitted greatly over these years. Especially helpful has been the experience of participating with a small group of children in animal care at her farm. Highly preferable to therapy via Zoom meeting in our opinion. We are grateful for all that Dr. Rich has done for our child and would recommend her without any reservation.

Miko has done an amazing job on my brows. Her patient at getting it right because my brows are literally cousins with absolutely no shape/ arch made me feel so comfortable. Patient, took her time, and work was point for initial appt to touch up. Will definitely be back.
MedStar Health Urgent Care at Potomac is convenient and exceptional to use, whether you have a medical emergency or a battery of tests to run to prepare for surgery (pre-op). I needed to have blood work, an EKG, and a medical history review for a required surgery. I scheduled my appointment online and was taken to see the nurses and a doctor shortly after I arrived at the Urgent Care facility. I received immediate feedback on everything but the bloodwork, which was ready within 2 days. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. It turns out that one of my tests had an irregular result, and the doctor on staff took extra time to consult with me and contacted another MedStar medical specialist (doctor) to see if further medical attention was required. This turned out to be the easiest way to complete the tests and medical history required pre-operation to clear me for my surgery. Also, since my regular internist (who didn't have room in her schedule to see me) is also in the MedStar network, my medical records that are available to MedStar Urgent Care will also be updated at my doctor's office automatically. I recommend using MedStar Urgent Care at Potomac because the care is professional and the experience is not stressful.
Had a wedding coming up and I came to them for last minute suit dry cleaning. They were able to get the suit ready and even delivered it to my home at no charge to make sure I had it in time for the wedding. Plan on using them in future for all my dry cleaning. Very responsive with texts, which I appreciate.

Master Sharma and Ms. Kate are incredible instructors. They know how to engage the kids, motivate them to do their best, and help them proudly show their skills to one another, which really builds confidence.
My kids also loved their summer camp. it’s fun, well-organized, and full of great activities that keep them active and learning.

I've been coming to Potomac Nail Salon for years, and it's always been my go-to spot. No matter what I need done (whether it's a manicure, pedicure, or both) they always deliver the best experience. All of the nail techs are so kind and welcoming. They really take their time with each appointment and are always willing to adjust to your preferences. If you want something changed or done a certain way, they listen and make it happen without hesitation. You never feel rushed, and you can tell they genuinely want you to leave happy. No matter how busy they are, they always find time for you. It’s something I’ve really appreciated over the years. The salon itself is clean, calm, and just a really great environment. I can’t recommend Potomac Nail Salon enough.
Coco is amazing! I have been going to her for IDB for months and no one else has been able to perfect the shape as much as her. She’s also super sweet and very detail oriented. We did something simple today, but she’s great with shaping and design!

A great experience with a complicated procedure. Dr. Levine and his assistant Mirasol were thorough and gentle. Dr. Levine explained all options when it was determined that I had to have an extraction. I highly recommend them for their expertise.

The dentist did a great job. I got two teeth pulled. He provided me with all the medications needed for post operation. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. The dental assistants also did an amazing job prepping me for the dentist. I highly recommend this dentist. I look forward to receiving my dental needs at this office.
The staff are always very sweet and helpful, when I had multiple things to carry they offered to help lessen the load !! They are also very knowledgable, and do their best to answer any questions I ask. They also always take great care of my lovely cats.

Forever Grateful. About 5 yr ago we rescued 3 week old kittens who had been brutalized by some kids. They were literally days from death. On our way back from where we collected them, I tried to find a vet who was willing to see them for very urgent care. My experience with the ER vet clinics in the DMV took them off the list as an option. I had never been to Liberty Falls and yet (after a lot of rejections by other vets) they told me to bring them in as soon as we could. The smallest and most damaged was too weak for the needed surgery but the vets scheduled the enucleation needed. These vets are so compassionate and it’s ALL about the animals. Still deeply grateful to them for saving all three. who are all loved and happy.
I have brought my dog to this vet for 6 years now for her annual checkups and also getting her spade. They provide great service and convenient location.
Falls Road Veterinary Hospital is EXTRAORDINARY! I do not live in Maryland. I spent several months in the area, and my elderly Shitzu needed vaccinations. They knew I lived in AZ and would not be a regular customer. Dr. Forbes was concerned about the size of my dog's nipples. I had asked my LA vet and my vet in Seattle about why they were enlarged. Dr. Forbes did not dismiss this condition. Dr. Forbes, who knew she probably wouldn't see my dog again, said this wasn't normal, and she wasn't satisfied not knowing what was happening. She wanted to research what this could be, and then she emailed me with three possible reasons. I am impressed. She truly cared about my dog. The front office team is pleasant, professional, and welcoming. I strongly recommend Falls Road Vet. I would give Dr. Forbes 10 stars if I could.

Dr Felrice was a perfect fit for our nervous dog, treating him with care and patience.
