Some recommended some very expensive fixes that seemed incomplete, and others weren't able to clearly explain why their solutions were appropriate. “Aung and his partner arrived to my house quickly when I had an emergency plumbing situation where sewage was backing up into my shower through the drain and flooding my bathroom and hallway. They arrived around midnight and were here until 3 am. They worked diligently until they found the source of the clog and eliminated it. Best of all, they did an excellent job cleaning up the horrible sewage that came up through the shower. I couldn’t believe they had cleaned all that up and it was such a relief after such a horrible experience that it wasn’t left for me to deal with as I feel some plumbers may have done. I would call them again in a heartbeat (though I am praying I never have to).“

“Dr. Bill installed my water pressure backup sump pump about 2 years ago. You never want the backup to kick on, but after an (unnamed) plumber came over for a check, something happened - and I realized my backup sump pump was kicking on.

Fortunately, the water pressure backup was working as designed and planned. I called The Plumbing Dr to check up on my pumps to figure out if there was something wrong with my main pump. Turey inspected both, adjusted some settings, and now both are back to working as planned. Most importantly, my basement is dry. Hooray!“
