“I had one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with a service repair. Our heater stopped working. Yosef came out yesterday. In his process of diagnosing the issue, he made a point to explain to me every step he was doing and pointing out different things. In most of the service repairs we get, I get the vibe that they just want to be left alone to deal with it which I am perfectly fine with. I found Yosef's approach charming though.

Our blower motor died and Yosef had to order a new one. He was very apologetic that our system required the more expensive high-efficiency one. He got that today and installed it.
