Earl answered the phone and then all of my questions. He made the whole process easy to understand. He walked me thru a quote on the phone and the price was as quoted when they were done. I had been experiencing a loud noise from my hot water heater assembly while using my washing machine and running water from more than one faucet at once. It sounded like an unbalanced washing machine load. More intense sounds resembled all the pipes in my walls vibrating against the drywall. I had a particular hot water heater brand in mind. When I contacted three of the leading plumming companies in the area I became annoyed with the sales tactics. I called Ferguson and Northeastern plumming supply for quotes but they don't install. Earl was able to assess the situation via some photos I texted to him. Al and Jeremy were wonderful and quick with same day install. No other company was able to offer this. They made an awful situation bearable.
