I highly recommend this business. I used them to replace the water heater in my home in NW DC. Al initially answered all of my questions over the phone and was able to give me a quote with my provided measurements, photos, and info provided via text. He showed up on time, was extremely professional and respectful of my home (including wearing shoe covers). He was thoughtful in his approach and layout and left my home as tidy as he found it. While my initial interaction was amazing, what made me come write this review is how this business responded when I had an issue with my water heater. I was very pleased with the customer service. The turnaround time to remove my broken hot water heater and replace it with a new one was very fast (within one day)! The specialist onsite were prompt, courteous and very professional. I am happy with my new water heater. Thanks again, Hot Water Express!!
I am forever grateful for Mr. Earl. He was incredibly fast with communication and very reassuring. He educated me on the work he was completing and the specifications of the needs of my new hot water heater. I highly recommend his work. You will feel so much safer and comfortable. Very affordable.
