Mike, our technician, was fantastic—professional, responsive, on time, and did a great job cleaning out the catch basin at our basement-level walkout. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made sure everything was done properly and left the area clean when he finished. Great service from start to finish!
