I had an ongoing sewage backup in my outside basement stairwell since last December 2021. I had gotten three estimates; Mr Nelson's was very reasonable. My plumbing problem was that the sewage pipe is galvanized and had deteriorated. It was the original pipe of my 1949 row home, and the main problem with the pipe extended into the recreation room of the basement. They were going to have to dig. My anxiety went through the roof; however, Mr Nelson diffused my fears and worked with me. Nelson was so responsive and provided detailed, itemized estimate for really large residential job. I was getting estimates $20k over his from contractors who did not even have letterhead on their paperwork.Nelson was so professional and communicated with me throughout permitting and construction process.

Once again a plumbing problem presented itself on a Saturday. I called Mr. Nelson he respinded quickly, and arranged to have a plumber come. Mr. Abdullah (a licensed plumber) came, diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He also answered all the questions I had about what was being done. Thank you for sending/recommending him. I'm very happy with the very fast response, the answers to my questions, and the results of the repair.
