We had some plumbing issues around the house that needed fixing. Michael Smith was the representative who came--he was diligent, helpful, and patient with my questions. We've used this company over the years and have always a good experience working with them.

I was looking to resolve a few different plumbing issues (e.g. low water pressure, sulphur smell coming from water) and received quotes from a few different places. B.L. James & Son were the most fairly priced, responsive, and professional by far. The plumber who was sent by, Jorge, was super knowledgeable and made me feel at ease that the issue was going to be addressed. He was great at explaining the issue/resolution/future maintenance tips and and the services were done day of. All in all, couldn't recommend this company more!

I realized at about 6:30pm on Saturday night (in the midst of a heat wave) that my AC wasn't working. It seemed like the fan on the condenser unit had stopped going. I'd had B.L. James & Son on my radar based on the reviews, but I'd never had them service anything before. I put in a request on the website, and around 11:30 Sunday morning, I got a call from Travis offering to come by once he finished with his last job. He fixed the issue (a bad capacitor) in under a half an hour. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, and even showed me how to clean the condenser coils to avoid needing more professional maintenance.
