BL James and Son are PHENOMENAL!!! First of all, they are TRUSTWORTHY. Exceptional customer service. They can fix anything. They have been maintaining my Arlington house since 2003. Last week, I had an emergency plumbing issue that they fixed in an hour. This week, I had a gas leak. They came out for an emergency visit during a winter snowstorm to fix the job. They do the same with heating, AC, plumbing, electrical. There are benefits to being a longtime customer during a time when other contractors can be a real drag, these guys are the very best. On time, professional, smart, common sense, family business, ethical, excellent value.

Reviews
BL James & Son replaced the leaking water service line at the house we rent, and I couldn't be happier with how it went. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. Chris in the office kept me updated on every step, including when the water would be shut off and when it would be back on, and answered my questions quickly. The crew was friendly and respectful, and the work itself was clearly done by people who know what they're doing. A stressful situation turned into a smooth one thanks to this team. Highly recommend!
If you are looking for a reliable, professional, and fairly priced HVAC company, look no further. You'll find prompt responses from their staff, who provide prompt service. As a busy real estate agent, I know I can count of them to take care of any client (or friend) I refer to them.
