Emerald Plumbing did an amazing job with our septic system. We were having issues and weren't sure why. Christyna was very friendly and personable on the call and she was able to schedule something for us the next day. Miguel came out right on time (at the beginning of our appointment window) and was able to quickly assess the issue and begin working. Miguel was thorough in his explanation of how our system worked, what the issue was, and how he was going to correct it.

Jay was our real American hero! Two days before the 4th of July our grinder pump died and our basement flooded. We were scheduled for 120 people to come over on the 4th and needed our bathrooms working. He did an emergency call, verified the problem, left and picked up a new pump, and made sure it was installed and our water turned back on all in about 5 hours! He was referred to us by a friend and we are so grateful because we found our new plumber!!
Emerald was the only company able to come out this past winter when my pipe burst during the big chill, and I’ve been impressed with their customer service ever since. Their reps are absolute professionals! I especially want to thank our plumber, John, who approached the repair as if he were looking after family.
